In the increasingly competitive landscape of online marketing recruitment, every detail counts. More and more companies find that despite having a great value proposition, a strong employer brand, and great perks to offer, the application process remains the core of the recruitment experience. With candidates surfing the web more than ever, expecting fluidity from one online platform to another, your application process should follow this motto: the fewer steps the better.

At Talent.com, as the world’s fastest-growing job site, it quickly became clear that in order to help recruiters, we needed to help candidates. To reduce application process abandonment and help employers consolidate their marketing efforts to attract top talents, we are proud to announce a new partnership with Greenhouse. Based in New York City with offices in San Francisco, Denver, and Dublin, the hiring company has over 4,000 customers. Some of the most successful companies like HubSpot, Cisco Meraki, Buzzfeed, J.D. Power, and Warby Parker use the Greenhouse hiring software platform to improve all aspects of hiring. This partnership will enhance organizations’ ability to attract talent and improve engagement strategies. But how?

A one-click experience to increase application conversions

The integration will allow users with a Talent.com profile to easily apply to Greenhouse customers’ job posts with a single click and without ever leaving the Talent.com platform. Using Talent.com’s Easy Apply technology, candidates have the opportunity to pre-fill parts of their application form with information pulled directly from their Talent.com profile—including their stored resume or CV—all in one simple application environment. This feature also helps applicants to easily and quickly attach their resume from a mobile device. As a result, candidates spend less time on duplicate efforts and companies can see up to 3X growth in conversions.

“With more than 80 million unique job seeker visits per month, Talent.com offers candidates the largest selection of career opportunities to match their skills and abilities,” said James Winfrey, Head of Integrations at Talent.com. “We’re excited to partner with Greenhouse and offer their customers a simplified application experience that improves the candidate experience and helps organizations make high quality hires, faster.

Access to one of the largest candidate pools

With this new partnership, recruiters are not only getting more applications, they are also saving time. They now can post and manage job ads on Talent.com directly from Greenhouse, and expand their reach to one of the world’s most extensive candidate audiences in fewer steps. This aligns with Talent.com’s mission to create a complete ecosystem helping companies grow by finding the best talents, and helping candidates thrive by finding a great position.

"In a competitive talent market, creating an optimal candidate experience is key to attracting the best talent,” said Garret Starr, Director of Partnerships at Greenhouse. “Our integration with Talent.com streamlines how customers identify new pools of talent and reduce friction for candidates during the application process."
