Talia Beta Launch: Increasing High-Intent Applicants

We’ve launched the beta version of Talia, a personal job-hunting assistant designed to engage candidates that don't always convert through traditional job ads by offering a new way to discover relevant opportunities.

Through targeted landing page campaigns across several parts of the United States, we promoted different features of Talia, which achieved a 35% email sign-up rate. This result showcases solid job seeker interest in an individualized, agent-assisted job search experience. 

Your benefit: these Talia-generated leads are now nurtured with relevant job suggestions, expanding your sourcing reach beyond typical ad traffic. This feature is currently being piloted in select areas across Texas, with promising early results.

In addition, the hyper-personalization aspect of this channel increases apply intent, attracting high-interest candidates to your job ads that might never have seen your role through traditional job search rankings. 

Your Job Visibility and Matching Just Leveled Up 

In Q3, we introduced a number of updates that sharpen the way jobs are matched and displayed: 

Context-aware search: converts vague and generic job seeker queries into context-aware matches that, as a result, are more relevant. This improvement has driven an 18% increase in engagement, especially for niche positions. 

Related job listings: keep job seekers exploring when the first result isn’t the one. The click-through rate to related roles was nearly 50% in its initial rollout.

Effective job prioritization: paused or expired jobs are now automatically deprioritized, ensuring your live campaigns don’t compete against outdated content for attention. This shift drives more impressions for active roles while improving the candidate experience.
